Do you provide International delivery?
Currently we do not offer international delivery. However in time we will. We promise!
How do I return an item?
EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not honor refunds; however, we are more than happy to exchange your online item for another available item(s) or issue a store credit (30-day credit).
Item must be returned within 3 days of receiving to be eligible for exchange. Items received after 3 days will be refused.

Please contact us at 586-777-7701 if there are any issues with your order or for an exchange. Returned items must be in their original condition. (Unworn, unwashed, undamaged and tags attached)
All items are inspected thoroughly before being shipped to our customers. CLEARANCE AND ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE, NO EXCHANGE

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with USPS tracking information so that you can track your order. Totally U IS NOT responsible for orders after shipping.
What are your delivery options?
Currently we deliver by USPS with Standard Delivery at 5-7 business days. You can request for 3 day or overnight delivery for extra cost. Orders will be processed and shipped between 1-3 business days.
When Are Orders Available F or Pick Up?
You will be contacted when your order is ready for pick up.
Pick up orders are by Appointment
